• A clear unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or wrong items
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The product must not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer

• Items that have been used or installed (e.g., screen protectors, earbuds)
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Customised or special-order products
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share an unboxing video or clear photographs as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund or replacement will be processed

6. Refund Methods

• For COD orders: Refund via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer
• For online payments: Refund to the original payment method

7. Shipping Charges Policy

If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
